Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Miraal Pret, every outfit is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities with great attention to quality and craftsmanship. As each order is carefully prepared, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases once an order has been confirmed, processed, or delivered.

Exchanges for Defective Items Only

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error from our end, we will gladly assist you with an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Refunds & Exchanges Are NOT Applicable For:

• Change of mind after placing an order.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Dislike of the color, design, fabric, or fit after delivery.
• Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or different screen resolutions.
• Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• Sale, promotional, or discounted items.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• Refusal to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

Customized Orders & Cancellations

• Customized Orders: All customized or altered orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless a manufacturing defect or an error has occurred from our side.
• Order Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order enters production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product. Our team will review your request and, if confirmed, an exchange will be arranged.
